Final Project: Business Mission Statement

It all starts out by your Mission statement. What do you want to accomplish 5, 10, 20 years from now."An organization exists to accomplish something, and this purpose should be clearly stated. Along with our mission, we want to make sure that the consumer can enjoy a fresh strawberry flavored cocktail, socially, or while having a good time,and ALWAYS practicing safe, responsible drinking.

Final Project:Pitch

    I have come up with The best in-season fresh fruit flavored  Boutique vodkas. Our first flavor is "StrawMISSBERRY Fields," farmed and picked in Ventura county. This delicious tasting fruit is in-season from the months of March-October. We specialize in producing the finest fruit flavors using the finest, fresh In-season fruit. We are a boutique product that produces in small batches from a small distillery along the beautiful coast in Santa Barbara.We are looking to introduce other flavors to the market in the near future. These flavors are "PomaGRANITDAMNIT!" the freshness of this fruit is produced during the months of AUG-DEC. "WhatA-MELON" flavored vodka, which is best in season through the months of June-Nov. Our 4th flavor of vodka is "The GRAPE-Escape" in which this fruit is in season during the months of July-Dec. Our 5th flavor is "BaGUAVA-Mama!" which this fruit is in season during the months of Nov-April .We are a premium priced brand. Our bottles you will find priced at around $45 at stores such as Smiths, Ralphs, Whole Foods, and Bristol Farms. Our aim and goal is to be placed or be inside upper scale fine dining establishments, Lounges, Nightclubs..etc. We are also in bigger markets around the United States such as Chicago, NY, Miami, Las Vegas, and California."Although such value pitches might work for now, long-term national-brand success requires continued investment in product innovation and brand marketing"Armstrong & Kotler (2011). We plan on constantly upgrading our products, evolving as a company through time and staying in the public eye through innovative and trendsetting marketing.

EOC; Week 6 Me x 3 products i use


I have a number of items or products that i enjoy using or purchasing on a weekly or monthly basis. One product that i have been using for the past 5 years or so is, a hair gel called "Superglue." The reason why i use this without any hesitation, is that it allows me to style my hair exactly the way i like to style it, and it stays like that for long hours. i have tried different products in my hair and have yet to find one that accomplishes the same goal. I would like to consider myself a loyal fan of certain products or brands. Another brand that i stick with is NIke shoes. whether they are running shoes, basketball shoes, or casual i stick by NIKE, simply because i feel they have very cool styles of shoes. I do also feel they are comfortable for the most part. Another everyday thing that i have and take great pride in and stand by is my infinity G35. This is my second Infinity G35 i have owned in 6 years and i don't see myself ever going elsewhere as far as a vehicle goes. I love to travel and i have put some miles on my cars. I drove my first Infinity to Florida when i moved out there in 2008. I take trips to California all the time and Arizona, and my vehicle has treated me well through all those trips. I treat my car like its my child. I keep it clean and maintenance as much as possible. I do feel that i stay loyal to my favorite brands because they make me feel comfortable and secure in having their product.

EOC;Week 5 SONY Sleuths-Marketing

So i guess we have another case of internet hacking. According to http://www.tomsguide.com/us/Sony-PlayStation-Network-Hacked-Consumer-Data. A group of hackers that go by the name "Anonymous"has hacked and compromised SONY Playstation Network. This month has not been a good month for SONY, in regards to hackers. Apparently this group of hackers have done this current assault on SONY's database in retaliation to the now settled lawsuit against George Hotz, a well known Hacker and member of "Anonymous."This internet hacker attack has effected more than 77 million psn users in the US. A couple of things i would do with my loyal customers is first apologize and make sure these peoples personal finances have not been compromised by the Hackers, if so from a business standpoint i would be forced to compensate my loyal customers. Depending on the amount of financial loss i would treat every situation different, for example,if there was a very large sum lost by the customer, i would make sure they received a big percentage back. Another step in the customer information protection process i would make sure to update SONYs security system every  month or so to stay on top of the latest Protection technology. I would also definitely think of new ideas of how to get customers information and make sure its secured in the near future to keep something like this from happening again.
